Tuna Rotini Bake

This Tuna Rotini bake is the perfect addition to your Lent recipes. Baked with white cheddar cheese and our Fisherman's Wharf Albacore Tuna, find all of these ingredients in stores now!

  • 2 cans Fisherman's Wharf Albacore Tuna, drained
  • 26 oz. SE Grocers Rotini Pasta, cooked
  • 2 tbs.butter
  • 1 tbs.flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp.salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 6 oz. white cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • Heat oven to 375.
  • Heat a medium sauce pot on the stove over medium heat.
  • Add the butter and flour, and stir until melted and smooth. Then, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the milk, salt and pepper, and stir well.
  • Heat milk mixture until lightly simmering. Then, remove from heat.
  • Add the cheddar cheese and lemon juice, and stir until combined.
  • Add the cooked rotini pasta and tuna, and stir just until they are coated.
  • Pour pasta mixture into a glass baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Then, sprinkle on top of pasta.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Then, remove from oven, top with chopped parsley and serve.
