Root Beer Float

Cool off this summer with a refreshing Root Beer Float! (Serves 4 / Prep-Time: 5 minutes)

  • 16 oz. Prestige French Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 liter Chek Root Beer
  • Place 4 tall glasses or mugs in the freezer for 1 hour, or until frosty.
  • Remove glasses from freezer and scoop ½ cup of ice cream into each of them.
  • Add enough root beer to fill each glass, pouring slowly to prevent it from spilling over the top.
  • Add a straw and long spoon to each glass, and serve immediately.
