CROCK POT CHILI

Gather round the table for this simple seasonal fall favorite - Crock Pot Chili!

  • 2 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Large onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 28oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 16 oz. can chili beans in sauce undrained
  • 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Chili powder
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp ground Cumin 1⁄2 tsp Salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp Cracked Pepper 1 Can Dark beer
  • In a large skillet brown the ground beef with the onions for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Drain the fat and add to a crock pot.
  • Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
