Crab-cake Sliders

Try our delicious recipe for crab cake sliders at your cookout this summer! Prep Time: 10 Minutes / Cook Time: 15 Minutes / Serves 4

  • 4 ea. Fisherman's Warf Crab Cakes
  • 2 tbs. Soft Butter (for crab cakes)
  • 4 ea. Slider Buns or Kinds Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 tbs. Soft Butter (for rolls)
  • Defrost crab cakes according to package instructions.
  • Heat large sauté pan over medium-low heat and pre-heat oven to 375.
  • Butter cut-sides of buns with soft butter, add to pan butter-side down and warm until toasted. Then, remove them from pan and set aside.
  • Place crab cakes in pan with remaining 2 tbs. of butter and sear for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Remove crab cakes from pan and place on a greased baking sheet; bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature registers 165 degrees on a meat thermometer, then remove from oven.
  • Place arugula and tomato on bottom half of each bun, followed by crab cakes, remoulade and the top of the buns. Enjoy!
