BI-LO’s “Top Tigers” Contest Gives Two Lucky Clemson Fans Once-In-A-Lifetime Tailgating Experience

Posted October 18, 2010

Clemson, S.C. – Two lucky BI-LO customers will enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime tailgating experience during the Clemson vs. Georgia Tech football game on Oct. 23, courtesy of BI-LO’s “Tailgate with the Top Tigers” contest.

Toni Ott of Branchville, S.C., and Courtney Gatlin of Belmont, N.C., will each get five suite tickets to the game and the opportunity to tailgate with Clemson Head Basketball Coach Brad Brownell and Clemson Head Baseball Coach Jack Leggett. In addition, each winner will receive a behind-the-scenes look at Clemson football, catered tailgate party, autographed merchandise and so much more, all courtesy of BI-LO.

This is the third time BI-LO will roll out the red carpet and award a unique sporting experience on Clemson’s campus. Earlier this year, Les Gilmore of Greenville, S.C., and Paul Winslow of Moncks Corner, S.C., enjoyed the same experience at the Clemson vs. Florida State baseball game with Coaches Dabo Swinney and Brad Brownell.

“We’re excited to be conducting these promotions that give BI-LO customers a chance to create new memories as they cheer on the beloved Tigers,” said Katie Batista, events and sports marketing manager with BI-LO. “As the exclusive grocery partner of Clemson Athletics, BI-LO is thrilled to be able to provide their customers the opportunity to participate in unique experiences such as the ‘Top Tigers’ contest.”
